The beds were comfortable, but my reservation was lost upon arrival.

In my kids' opinion, the pool was freezing, and the hot tub didn't seem warm enough for relaxing. It would be great to have better heating options at the pool for families with children.

My family and I had a nice stay with a comfy king studio and the kids really loved the indoor pool and hot tub to unwind after a long drive. It was relaxing to take a dip and chill out while the kids splashed around. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a little work, but overall we enjoyed our time here! 😊

The room was decent but had some issues. The heater didn't work and the tub was clogged, which was super annoying. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly, which helped. I also liked the convenient location. Just wish everything in the room had worked properly.

Would recommend for a fleeting pause
Friendly staff, convenient location, with a comfortable room to sleep and an indoor swimming pool for relaxation.
No complaints.

would happily go back again
I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, and my room had all the basics like air conditioning, cable channels, and a private bathroom. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful when needed.

Decent stay but could use some love
The pool was our big draw, but it was way too cold to enjoy. The staff could’ve been nicer, felt like they were over it. The breakfast was kinda sad, though I did manage to snag a waffle. Our room was okay, but the hotel needs a little TLC. Location was great, just minutes from downtown!

missingWrote a review on Jul 21dingy room
The room I stayed in felt like it had more wear than charm, with dingy carpets and uninviting decor. The bathroom water pressure was practically non-existent, making for a frustrating shower experience. Breakfast hours were limited and the food was frequently lukewarm—hardly a great way to start the day. Unfortunately, the hotel also seemed to rely on heavy deodorant spray for freshness, which left me confused about the actual air quality inside. Keeping track of towels during pool time felt overly strict, creating unnecessary tension. Overall, this place is in dire need of updates and clearer policies.

I checked into the Ramada in Sioux Falls and found a convenient location, just a short drive from the interstate. The beds were comfy and supportive, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The room had nice amenities, including a tea and coffee station. However, the breakfast area felt cramped, and the options were limited. They served waffles, yogurt, and boiled eggs, but the breakfast quality could use some improvement. I also noticed the pool area had some cracked tiles, and the hot tub looked like it could use a cleaning. Staff were friendly, but the place felt understaffed at times. Overall, it's a budget stay offering decent value, but some updates would go a long way.

Couple seeking a decent stay
The room was clean and freshly updated, and the pool was warm which felt great after a long drive. Found some good breakfast options even if it was just the usual continental stuff, I appreciated the hot waffles.
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
